Yes, each member receives 2 guest passes per month for family or friends to enjoy core services.
Discounts are exclusive to the member and not extended or transferable to family or friends.
Please note that services will not be available on public holidays and major Indian festivals, including Diwali, Holi, Eid, Independence Day, Republic Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
Memberships are designed as flexible 30-day lifestyle privileges. Unused services expire at the end of the cycle.
Memberships run for a fixed 30-day cycle and cannot be paused or extended.
Services are appointment-based for comfort and can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or at the salon desk.
Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Validity
- Each membership is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Membership is personal, exclusive, and non-transferable.
2. Fair Usage
- Members can avail up to 2 services per appointment. For any additional services, a separate appointment will be required, even if it is on the same day.
- All core services are strictly by prior appointment. Walk-ins are not permitted, in line with our fair usage policy.
- Prices and core services are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Blackout Days
- Services are not offered on public holidays & major Indian festivals such as Diwali, Holi, Eid, Independence Day, Republic Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve, etc.
4. Guest Passes
- Each membership includes 2 complimentary guest passes per month (valued at ₹1000 each) for family or friends to enjoy core services.
- Guest passes cannot be combined with member discounts or any other offers.
5. Discounts & Privileges
- Members receive 25% savings on technical services
- 15% savings on retail products.
- Discounts are valid only for the member and only during the active membership period.
- Retail delivery is available within 24–48 hours within city limits; delivery charges apply at actuals.
6. Exclusivity
- Memberships are limited to 200 per branch per month to ensure personalized attention.
- VC Club is designed primarily for adults. Children’s (aged up to 10) services may not be the best usage on your investment. But we let you decide if you wish to add, you may choose option via add-on.
